TIME AND DELIVERY METHODS
The online store www.sinitus.si accepts orders 24 hours a day. All orders will be completed within three business days. In case the product is no longer in stock at the time of ordering, the delivery time is extended in accordance with the delivery time of the goods by the manufacturer.
Mail Delivery: Shipping partners are Pošta Slovenije, but the bidder reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it is able to fulfill the order more efficiently.
Personal Acquisition at the Company Headquarters, Sinitus d.o.o., Cegnarjeva ulica 5, 6310 Izola. You can also pick up products purchased from the online store in person at the company headquarters or business unit, but only with prepayment in advance or cash on delivery. Personal acceptance is only possible with the prior agreement with the provider.
PRICES AND DELIVERY COSTS
All prices for products in the online shop are in Euros (€) and already include 22% VAT (value added tax), unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predefined validity.
Prices are valid in case of payment with the above payment methods, under the above conditions.
The purchase contract between the bidder and the buyer is concluded at the moment the bidder confirms the order. From that moment all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the products and the method of payment + VAT.
For IMO / ADR shipments, we inform the client of the cost of the contract.
Pošta Slovenije will charge you a fee of 1% of the value of the purchase price upon payment of the shipment. at least € 0.96. This cost is not covered by the order value.
The stated shipping costs are valid for domestic traffic in Slovenia. The shipment of products abroad is subject to the current price list of Pošta Slovenije for international traffic.
